Lakeshore Blvd Bridge 01.12 (Formerly Known As No. 188) Right-of-Way Plans:

Since, April 9, 2015, and continuing until the Resolution granting the requested authority is either adopted or rejected, the Department of Public Works has posted and provided continuous notice of the following on its website:

  • The Department of Public Works has submitted the right-of-way plans for the Lakeshore Blvd Bridge 01.12 (Formerly Known As No. 188) Project for County Council approval and that the same is available of viewing on said website;
  • The Department of Public Works intends to acquire right-of-way for said improvement;
  • As part of the approval of the revised right-of-way plans, the Department of Public Works will be seeking a finding that special assessments will not be levied nor collected to pay for any part of the County’s costs of said improvement;
  • That a First Reading of the Resolution approving the right-of-way plans will be made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on May 12, 2015; and,
  • That general public access and ability to review the right-of-way plans is available here;


Highland Road Bridge Nos. 156 (00.13), 157 (00.31), 158 (00.54 and 226 (00.64) Right-of-Way Plans

Since, August 20, 2013, and continuing until the Resolution granting the requested authority is either adopted or rejected, the Department of Public Works has posted and provided continuous notice of the following on its website:

  1. The Department of Public Works has submitted the right-of-way plans for the Highland Road Bridge Nos. 156 (00.13), 157 (00.31), 158 (00.54) and 226 (00.64) Project for County Council approval and that the same is available of viewing on said website;
  2. The Department of Public Works intends to acquire right-of-way for said improvement;
  3. As part of the approval of the revised right-of-way plans, the Department of Public Works will be seeking a finding that special assessments will not be levied nor collected to pay for any part of the County’s costs of said improvement;
  4. That a First Reading of the Resolution approving the right-of-way plans will be made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on September 24, 2013; and,

Since, April 13, 2015, and continuing until the Resolution granting the requested authority is either adopted or rejected, the Department of Public Works has posted and provided continuous notice of the following on its website:
  1. The Department of Public Works has submitted the right-of-way plans for the Cedar Road Bridge 02.39 (Formerly Known As No. 229) Project for County Council approval and that the same is available of viewing on said website;
  2. The Department of Public Works intends to acquire right-of-way for said improvement;
  3. As part of the approval of the revised right-of-way plans, the Department of Public Works will be seeking a finding that special assessments will not be levied nor collected to pay for any part of the County’s costs of said improvement;
  4. That a First Reading of the Resolution approving the right-of-way plans will be made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on May 12, 2015; and,
