PROGRESS:

January 13, 2020

  • New surface course asphalt has been completed from the bridge just north of Bagley Road to just south of Holland/Huffman Roads, on both the left and right sides of W. 130th Street.
  • Crosswalk lines, stop lines, lane arrows and channelizing lines have been placed.
  • Project is shut down until spring.

November 5, 2019

  • New surface course asphalt will be placed next week from the bridge north of Bagley Road, just north of Big Creek Parkway. This will complete this part of the project.
  • The existing asphalt has now been removed on the east side of W. 130th Street, just north of Big Creek Parkway to just south of Huffman Road.
  • Base repairs and castings adjustments are being completed, new surface asphalt will be placed next week.
  • The west side will be milled and 3” of existing asphalt will be removed next week.
  • This section is scheduled to be completed by the end of November.

August 6, 2019

  • Two-way Traffic is being maintained for Phase A construction on the west side of W. 130th Street from Bagley Road to the Metroparks Parkway.
  • Phase A asphalt wearing course removal has been completed.
  • Full depth concrete repairs have begun starting at Bagley Roan and moving northward
