Overview:
• Construction Zone: Roadway is now open to full width traffic.
• Project Description: Remove existing asphalt wearing course, repair or removal and replacement of deteriorated curb and/or pavement; castings/structure adjustments, reconstruction or replacement as needed, and construction of an asphalt concrete overlay. New traffic signals will be installed at the Broadview and Crossview Intersections; and removal of the existing traffic signals at Pinnacle, Skyline and Mural. Placement of new pavement markings and traffic signs. Relocation of fire hydrants and new construction of sidewalks and ADA curb ramps along the north side of the roadway.

• Phase II~ Continue reconstruction of residential concrete drive aprons, and total reconstruction of the following intersections: Maureen, Kuenzer & Graydon.
• Phase II~ Auger for and place concrete anchor base foundations for proposed signal supports at the Broadview/Snow Road intersection.
• Phase II~ Extend and install new 6” fire hydrant in the tree lawns along the north side of roadway
• Phase II~ Adjust/reconstruct to grade existing water valve/monument boxes, manholes, and catch basins. New iron castings placed as needed.

• Phase II~ Begin reconstruction of residential concrete drive aprons, and total reconstruction of the following intersections: Maureen, Kuenzer & Graydon.
• Phase II~ Continue to jack/drill underground #625 conduit to be used for proposed new traffic signals at Broadview and Crossview intersections. Also, auger for and place concrete anchor base foundations for proposed signal supports.
• Phase II~ Extend and install new 6” fire hydrants in the tree lawns along the north side of roadway.

- Construction Zone: Two-way traffic is being maintained on the newly asphalt resurfaced south side of Snow Road between Broadview and Lombardo. (Phase 2 work involves rehabilitation of the north one half of the existing road.)
