Right-of-Way Plans









North Main Street (CR 264) Bridge 00.12 Project

Since October 6, 2017 and continuing until the Resolution granting the requested action is either adopted or rejected, the Department of Public Works has posted and provided continuous notice of the following on its website:

  1. The Department of Public Works has submitted the Project’s Right of Way Property Map for County Council approval and that the same are available for viewing on said website;
  2. The Department of Public Works intends to acquire right-of-way for said improvement;
  3. That a First Reading of the Resolution approving the revised right-of-way plans will be made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on November 14, 2017; and,
  4. That general public access and ability to review the right-of-way plans via an electronic link as indicated.

Royalton Road CUY-82-4.83 ( W.130th to York) Right-of-Way Plans 

Since, August 19, 2016, and continuing until the Resolution granting the requested authority is either adopted or rejected, the Department of Public Works has posted and provided continuous notice of the following on its website:  

  1. The Department of Public Works has submitted the right-of-way plans for the Royalton Road /CUY-82-4.83 (W.130thProject for County Council approval and that the same is available of viewing on said website;
  2. The Department of Public Works intends to acquire right-of-way for said improvement/replacement;
  3. As part of the approval of the revised right-of-way plans, the Department of Public Works will be seeking a finding that special assessments will not be levied nor collected to pay for any part of the County’s costs of said improvement;
  4. That a First Reading of the Resolution approving the right-of-way plans will be made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on September 13, 2016; and
  5. That general public access and ability to review the right-of-way plans is available here

 


 

Columbus Road Bridge 01.09 Right-of-Way Plans

Since, June 28, 2016, and continuing until the Resolution granting the requested authority is either adopted or rejected, the Department of Public Works has posted and provided continuous notice of the following on its website:

  1. The Department of Public Works has submitted the right-of-way plans for the Columbus Road Bridge 01.09 Project for County Council approval and that the same is available of viewing on said website;
  2. The Department of Public Works intends to acquire right-of-way for said improvement/replacement;
  3. As part of the approval of the revised right-of-way plans, the Department of Public Works will be seeking a finding that special assessments will not be levied nor collected to pay for any part of the County’s costs of said improvement;
  4. That a First Reading of the Resolution approving the right-of-way plans will be made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on August 9, 2016; and,
  5. That general public access and ability to review the right-of-way plans is available here


Avery Road Bridge 01.16 Right-of-Way Plans

Since, August 24, 2015, and continuing until the Resolution granting the requested authority is either adopted or rejected, the Department of Public Works has posted and provided continuous notice of the following on its website:

  1. The Department of Public Works has submitted the right-of-way plans for the Avery Road Bridge 01.16 Project for County Council approval and that the same is available of viewing on said website;
  2. The Department of Public Works intends to acquire right-of-way for said improvement/replacement;
  3. As part of the approval of the revised right-of-way plans, the Department of Public Works will be seeking a finding that special assessments will not be levied nor collected to pay for any part of the County’s costs of said improvement;
  4. That a First Reading of the Resolution approving the right-of-way plans will be made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on September 22, 2015; and,

  3. As part of the approval of the revised right-of-way plans, the Department of Public Works will be seeking a finding that special assessments will not be levied nor collected to pay for any part of the County’s costs of said improvement;

  3. The Department of Public Works intends to acquire right-of-way for said improvement;
  4. As part of the approval of the revised right-of-way plans, the Department of Public Works will be seeking a finding that special assessments will not be levied nor collected to pay for any part of the County’s costs of said improvement;
  5. That a First Reading of the Resolution approving the right-of-way plans will be made by the Cuyahoga County Council at its meeting scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. on May 12, 2015; and,
