Real Property
The Real Property Division is in charge of addressing real estate and
space needs of The
Cuyahoga
County Board of Commissioners and related County Agencies. The County has in
excess of five (5) million square feet of space under its control, by ownership
or lease.
The Real Property Division has the responsibility for
developing goals for acquisition and disposition of real property assets
necessary for County government's mission and operational needs. The Real Estate
Division collaboratively determines and analyzes the space management needs for
County Agencies.
The Real Property Manager also oversees the operations
of the County Archives.
