- Maintain record document of County-owned facilities
- Assist in establishing and prioritizing projects in the Capitol Plan
- Implement the Capital Plan through in-house design or outside consultants
- Provide administrative oversight & coordination of A/E consultants
- Provide project management of outside contractor
