Green Road
Repair and Resurfacing from Fairmount to Chagrin Blvd. In the Cities of Shaker Heights & Beachwood

PROGRESS:
  • Sub‐contractor continuing full depth repairs in designated areas in Section‐2.
  • Curb removal.
  • New 24” storm sewer installation.
  • Drive apron removal.
  • Sidewalk and curb ramp removed.
  • All work remains in progress in the City of Beachwood.
  • Current Traffic Zone:
  • One‐way northbound traffic will be maintained from Chagrin Blvd. to S.Woodland in theCity of Beachwood. (Phase 2 of operation).

PROGRESS:
  • Contractor completed installation of surface course type‐1 asphalt in Section‐1 of Green Rd.
  • Temporary striping placed in mainline of Green Road.
  • Traffic & signal change, opening Section‐1 to two‐way traffic and closing one lane in Section‐2.
  • Work began in Section‐2 of Green Road, pavement planning of existing asphalt.
  • Sub‐contractor began full depth repairs in designated areas in Section‐2.
  • Patching of concrete type A and additional sidewalk repairs on RTA bridge deck continues.
  • Current Traffic Zone:
  • One‐way northbound traffic will be maintained from Chagrin Blvd. to S.Woodland in the City of Beachwood. (Phase 2 of operation).
