Fees

$500 Deposit (non-refundable)
$585 per hour rental fee (4 hour minimum) (Sunday or Holiday rental $660.00)
$1M insurance certificate

Optional extras

$600 for use of Huntington Park Garage (During rental)
$125 Photography Fee ($125.00 an hour selected areas)*
*This option is available for you to have photos taken inside without renting the space for an event.
